Return policy

Attention! Items cannot be returned if you have placed an incorrect order/chassis number or if they have been specially ordered for you. For advice, you can send an e-mail or contact us by telephone.
Clothing/merchandise related items can be returned at your own expense. If a clothing / merchandise related item is not to your liking, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. You can do this by sending an email to info@motorsaloon.nl with the following:

• Article number
• Reason of return
• your name
• Your address details
• Your account number to which we must refund the returned amount

* Items that are returned must be returned in good order and in good packaging, for example in the same packaging as we sent it in.

* The tags must still be attached to the product.

* The COPY invoice must be returned, you can keep the invoice yourself.

* The shipping costs are deducted from the return amount.

* The return costs are for your own account
